Job Description: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

This role focuses on expanding our presence across schools in India and internationally through strategic partnerships and franchise development. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with school principals, educators, and institutional stakeholders, while contributing to the growth of our partner network.

The role also involves promoting and selling our franchise opportunities, identifying new markets, and supporting the successful implementation of our programs across partner schools.

Requirements

- Candidates with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong fluency in English.

- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

- Willingness to travel for exhibitions, school visits, and business meetings when required.

- Prior experience in sales, business development, or education partnerships will be an advantage.
