Ads Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a performance-driven Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google. You will work with multiple brands across different industries and be responsible for generating leads, improving campaign performance, and making better decisions using data. Roles & Responsibilities: Plan and execute Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns Manage lead generation, awareness, traffic, and conversion campaigns Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research Set up targeting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns Monitor budgets, CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROAS Regularly test creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies Coordinate with Brand Managers and creative teams for ad requirements Track leads and campaign performance Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports Identify underperforming campaigns and optimize them Stay updated with Meta and Google advertising changes Requirements: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Good understanding of performance marketing and lead generation Strong analytical and reporting skills Ability to handle multiple client accounts Agency experience is preferred Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Work Mode: On-site Experience: 1 Years
