Role Description The Sound Bath Practitioner is a full-time, on-site role based in Palarivattom, Kochi. This role involves planning and facilitating sound bath sessions using instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational tools to support relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional wellbeing. The practitioner will conduct individual and group sessions, guide participants through grounding and integration practices, and tailor experiences to diverse needs and comfort levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and maintaining the practice space, coordinating session schedules, documenting client feedback, collaborating with mental health and wellness professionals, and contributing to workshops or events that align with Psyluminex’s mission. The role also involves maintaining professional boundaries, upholding safety and ethical standards, and representing Psyluminex with a calm, supportive presence.

Qualifications Demonstrated experience facilitating sound baths or sound healing sessions, with practical proficiency in instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Foundational knowledge of mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and stress management techniques to support holistic wellbeing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to hold space compassionately for participants from diverse backgrounds. Ability to conduct sessions safely, including awareness of contraindications, trauma-informed practices, and appropriate referral to mental health professionals when needed. Organizational skills for managing schedules, session planning, basic documentation, and coordination with other wellness services. Relevant training or certification in sound healing, holistic wellness, yoga, meditation, or a related field is highly beneficial. Experience working in wellness centers, mental health settings, or community spaces is an advantage. Comfort working in an on-site environment in Dubai, with flexibility for evening or weekend sessions as needed.
