• Deliver skilled nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report updates to the care team
• Partner with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards

• Active RN license in the state of Indiana or a multistate license
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, longterm care, or healthcare preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated commitment to residentcentered care
