Roza Pret is looking for a passionate and customer-focused  Sales Consultant to join our upcoming store in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism. Understand customer preferences and provide personalized styling advice. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Maintain VM standards and ensure the store is always presentation-ready. Process billing, exchanges, and customer queries efficiently. Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks.

What We’re Looking For 1–4 years of experience in fashion, luxury, or premium retail sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A polished, well-groomed, and confident personality. Passion for fashion and styling. Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn. Ability to work weekends and retail shifts.
