Our clothing can be found at major retailers including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross, Macy's, and more!We are growing and looking for a full-time, Associate Print / Textile Designer to join the team on-site in our Midtown Manhattan office!

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop CAD layouts to visualize artwork placement on garments and generate technical packages for vendor communicationBuild clear and detailed tech packs, outlining materials, techniques, scale, and color to ensure accurate sample executionSupport the clean-up, preparation, and finalization of print artwork, borders, and layouts across multiple product categoriesRework original or vintage artwork into production-ready, technical repeats and engineered placements in collaboration with senior team membersAssist in compiling and organizing seasonal artwork packages in alignment with design and development deadlinesSupport the strike-off and sampling processUpload and manage artwork assets in internal systems and toolsTrack and manage artwork-related tasks in alignment with key calendar milestones and deadlinesAssist with seasonal administrative responsibilities, including file archiving and documentationHelp identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve team workflows
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Textile Design, Surface Design, Fine Art, Illustration, or related experience1-2 Years of related industry experience preferredStrong foundation in print, textile, or surface design, with demonstrated artistic skills in drawing, painting, and digital designAttention to detail with repeats and artwork to identify and fix any errors before styles are released to the vendorSkilled in preparing artwork for production, including xzbcwsv technical repeats and engineered layoutsProficient in Adobe Photoshop and IllustratorHighly organized with strong attention to detailEffective multitasker with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with a positive, collaborative attitudeAbility to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency and accountabilityEnthusiasm for exploring new technologies and tools to support creative development
