Hiring: Recruitment Executive – IT & Non-IT
Experience: 0–3 Years
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented professionals to join our recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Use Boolean/search techniques to identify relevant profiles.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Understand job requirements and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Work towards recruitment targets and timelines.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Internship experience in recruitment will also be considered.
- Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of Boolean/search techniques.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
