Project Accountant (Open to Entry-Level Candidates)

ResponsibilitiesManage project accounting for assigned construction projectsHandle project billing, including progress billings and AIA billingMonitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and profitabilityReview contracts, change orders, and subcontractor invoicesPartner with Project Managers to review project financial performanceAssist with forecasting and cost-to-complete analysisPerform month-end close responsibilities, including journal entries and account reconciliationsResearch and resolve project accounting discrepanciesMaintain accurate project documentation and accounting recordsSupport additional accounting and reporting needs as required
xzbcwsv QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred1+ year of accounting experience; construction or project accounting experience preferredStrong Excel skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
