Senior Product Marketing Manager, Customer Advocacy

Immediate need for a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager, Customer Advocacy. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Mountain View, CA(Hybrid).

Pay Range: $85- $92/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a framework defining key customer benefits and proof points across ICP segments.


• Establish a repeatable process to identify and engage advocacy-ready customers, building a sustainable pipeline.


• Lead structured customer interviews to create compelling case studies, testimonials, and social proof assets.


• Partner with video and creative teams to ensure customer stories are effectively captured and communicated.


• Maintain regular reporting on the performance of the social proof program, tracking asset usage and engagement.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or customer advocacy, with direct ownership of case studies, testimonials, or customer reference programs.


• Strong customer interviewing, storytelling, and content development skills.


• Experience building processes and programs in an undefined or emerging space, including 0-to-1 program development.


• Experience partnering with video, creative, or content teams on customer testimonial programs.


• Experience working with B2B or mid-market SaaS customers.


• Familiarity with ICP-based segmentation, customer personas, and messaging frameworks.


• Experience measuring and reporting on customer advocacy, social proof, or content program performance.
