We work with a core group of 5 long-term factory partners in China, plus a few others as needed. We're a small team of about 10, so you'll learn how the whole business works, not just one piece of it. **About the Role** You'll be the link between our design team and our factories, making sure every style is sampled, approved and produced correctly and on time. Small details matter here: a wrong measurement, fabric or care label can delay a shipment. We're looking for someone careful and organized who enjoys following up until every detail is right. **We will fully train you** on our workflow and systems. You don't need to know everything on day one. You do need to be sharp, reliable and detail-oriented. **A Typical Day** - **9:00–12:00: factory follow-up.** Work with our team to review samples, pricing, ETAs and open issues with our China factories before their workday ends. Being on time every morning is essential. - **Afternoons:** Update sample and production tracking in Excel and WinFashion, coordinate with design, follow up on approvals, and fix missing or incorrect information. - **Ongoing:** Send swatches, fabric and samples to vendors, check samples against tech packs, and flag problems early. **Requirements** - 1–3 years in apparel production, merchandising or sourcing, **or** a recent merchandising, business or fashion graduate with strong internships - Very detail-oriented.
