Cement Plant Production Manager

<p>· Direct and manage daily manufacturing operations for the calcium silicate/cement board production lines to meet volume, quality, and cost targets. </p><p>· Ensure strict adherence to product specifications, maintaining consistent board density, thickness, and bending strength. </p><p>· Optimize the entire production flow: raw material dosing, forming, pressing, curing, drying, and finishing. </p><p>· Continuous monitoring and fine-tuning of process parameters (viscosity, moisture content, press density, wet forming, curing stages etc). </p><p>· Coordinating with Maintenance teams to implement Preventative Maintenance schedules. </p><p>· Managing production schedules, forecast demand, and coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery. </p><p>· Supervise the production staff, allocate labour, and manage inventory and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. </p><p>· Ensure that all products meet required quality standards and comply with industry regulations. </p><p>· Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs. </p><p>· Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all the shopfloor employees. </p><p>· Work with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to coordinate activities and achieve business goals. </p><p>· Create and manage budgets for production activities. </p><p><br /></p><p>· Leading and Training Supervisors to perform effectively in line with management objectives. </p><p>· Upkeep of all relevant data, records and registers including MIS to Management at regular </p><p>· intervals on all connected activities. </p><p>· Procurement, Raw material processing, manufacturing and post-processing activities. </p><p>· Managing the entire lifecycle of ancillary products, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive revenue growth. </p><p><br /></p>
