Domain: Study Abroad / Overseas Education Counselling

Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant

Experience: 1–6 Years

Domain: EdTech / B2C Sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Counsel students/learners and understand their education and career goals.

• Recommend suitable courses, universities, programmes, and learning solutions.

• Handle leads through calls, walk-ins, emails, chats, and online interactions.

• Manage the complete sales funnel from lead engagement to enrolment.

• Conduct profile evaluations and provide personalised guidance.

• Handle follow-ups, objections, negotiations, and customer queries.

• Guide study abroad students with admissions, SOP/LORs, scholarships, and visa processes.

• Maintain CRM records and effectively manage leads.

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and prospective learners.

• Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant experience in study abroad counselling / overseas education / edtech / B2C sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

• Target-orientated with a strong ownership mindset.

• Comfortable working with CRM and dialler systems.

• Experience in EdTech, education, BFSI, telecom, e-commerce, or overseas education is preferred.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
