Role Description The Senior Manager / AVP – Gold Loan Business & Operations at Faridabad will lead and manage the gold loan vertical, ensuring smooth branch operations, business growth, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines. This full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad involves overseeing daily gold loan processing, supervising valuation and documentation, and implementing policies and SOPs for branch and back-office operations. The position is responsible for driving sales targets, monitoring portfolio quality, managing risk and audit requirements, and optimizing processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role also includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, mentoring and training staff, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular business and operations reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA/CA preferred.
• 8–12 years’ experience in gold loans.
• Minimum 3–5 years managing multiple branches or a cluster.
• Experience with an established NBFC/bank such as Muthoot Finance, Manappuram, IIFL Finance, HDB Financial Services, Fedfina, Rupeek or another established gold-loan lender.
• Personally experienced in:
• Gold appraisal and fraud detection
• Gold-loan LOS/LMS
• LTV and pricing
• Packet sealing and vault custody
• Branch audits and reappraisal
• Collections and auction
• Branch launch and employee training
• RBI, KYC and AML compliance
• Current gold-loan manager roles combine business growth with strict LTV, purity, safe-custody, portfolio-quality and audit responsibilities—not sales alone.
