Technical project manager - isv & integration delivery

Role Summary <p> We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to drive delivery of custom ERP solutions, integrations, and internally developed ISV products. </p> <p> This is not a coordination-only role. You will own timelines, push developers, communicate directly with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes. What You’ll Own </p> <p>- Manage multiple concurrent development projects (ERP customizations, integrations, ISVs) </p> <p>- Run daily/weekly standups and actively remove blockers </p> <p>- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks </p> <p>- Work directly with developers and development manager to validate scope, estimates, and feasibility </p> <p>- Track progress using tools like Smart Sheet and hold the team accountable </p> <p>- Communicate proactively with internal leadership and clients </p> <p>- Identify risks early and drive resolution—not just report them </p> <p>- Ensure deliverables meet both functional and business expectations What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)Communication </p> <p>- Fluent English (written and spoken) </p> <p>- Comfortable leading client calls and internal discussions Technical Understanding </p> <p>- Experience understanding APIs (REST, webhooks, integrations) </p> <p>- Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, Net Suite, SAP, etc.) </p> <p>- Able to challenge developers intelligently Execution Mindset </p> <p>- Proven ability to deliver projects—not just manage them </p> <p>- Can handle ambiguity and evolving requirements </p> <p>- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills Ownership </p> <p>- Takes responsibility for outcomes </p> <p>- Follows through without needing constant direction </p> <p>- Comfortable pushing back when needed Strongly Preferred </p> <p>- Experience managing ISV or product-based development </p> <p>- Background in software development or QA </p> <p>- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum in real-world environments </p> <p>- Experience working with US-based teams or clients This Role Is NOT For You If </p> <p>- You only provide status updates without driving action </p> <p>- You rely entirely on developers for technical understanding </p> <p>- You struggle to manage multiple priorities simultaneously </p> <p>- You wait for direction instead of taking initiative Success in This Role Looks Like </p> <p>- Projects consistently delivered on time and within scope </p> <p>- Developers are productive and aligned </p> <p>- Stakeholders feel informed and confident </p> <p>- Risks are identified early and handled proactively Compensation </p> <p>- Competitive salary based on experience </p> - Performance-based incentives tied to delivery and project success
