An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service provider situated in Westminster has arisen! CBW are currently recruiting for a Mechanical / Water Treatment Engineer to look after a large Government site in Westminster. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Mechanical Engineering & Water Treatment ideally currently working in a similar position. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to join a large organisation so they can expand their knowledge and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems including domestic and closed water systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and pressure systems
Provide first-line response to reactive call-outs, ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with approved codes of practice
Assist with building fabric and electrical systems maintenance as required
Collaborate with engineering supervisor and specialist subcontractors to deliver high-quality service
Package
Salary of up to £50,800

4 on 4 off - Days Only
7am to 7pm
Requirements
L8 qualified with City and Guilds or equivalent NVQ in plumbing and mechanical engineering
Practical with good common sense and ability to work well with diverse teams
Full clean driving licence plus current or ability to gain CTC clearance
Able to act on own initiative and deliver work to high standards safely
