We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive to help generate appointments, nurture leads, and provide exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Contact potential customers and explain Zivaya's wellness services, spa therapies, memberships, and promotional offers.
• Generate and qualify leads from marketing campaigns and existing databases.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with outlet teams.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maximize conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the CRM/database.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Meet daily call targets, appointment bookings, and monthly conversion goals.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. These responsibilities reflect common expectations for wellness-industry telecalling roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Telesales, or Inside Sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
