Eye Zenith is a growing eye-care organization focused on making quality eye treatments accessible and convenient for patients. We work with experienced ophthalmologists and partner hospitals to provide end-to-end support across consultations, diagnostics, insurance assistance, surgeries and post-treatment care.

As we scale our digital patient acquisition, we are looking for a performance marketer who can take ownership of our Meta advertising and lead-generation campaigns.

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads) .
• Drive qualified patient leads across different eye-care services and locations.
• Manage targeting, retargeting, budgets, campaign structures and audience testing.
• Continuously test creatives, ad copies, audiences and landing experiences to improve campaign performance.
• Track key metrics including CPL, CTR, CPC, lead quality, OPD conversions and customer acquisition cost .
• Work closely with the sales and creative teams to improve lead quality and overall campaign ROI.
• Analyse campaign data and scale high-performing campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
• Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API and campaign tracking wherever required.
