AJ Chambers are delighted to be working with a highly regarded law firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Associate or Counsel to join its New York office. This opportunity is suited to an attorney with 5-10 years of experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate matters, particularly commercial leasing, with broader experience in commercial property transactions.

Must Haves5-10 years of relevant legal experience.Substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases.Broader experience in the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial properties.Experience representing companies, developers, investors or other entities in sophisticated real estate matters.Excellent academic credentials.Strong communication skills, high motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Nice to HaveExperience representing franchisees.Experience reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, renewals and transfers.Experience with franchise and distribution matters.Experience in asset acquisitions and general corporate matters.
CompensationBase Salary: $185,000-$275,000 plus bonus
