Location: Delhi / Hyderabad / Bangalore

Experience: 10 years to 17 years

Must-Have:

• EUC Platforms: Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Autopatch
• VDI & Cloud: AVD, Citrix, Windows 365, Hybrid EUC
• Security: Defender for Endpoint, Entra ID, Conditional Access
• Automation: PowerShell, Azure DevOps
• Identity: Azure AD / Entra ID, IAM, PIM
• Tools: ServiceNow, SysTrack, Ivanti
• Lead the design and transformation of enterprise-scale End User Computing (EUC) environments
• Drive modern workplace strategy leveraging cloud, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing digital workplace services aligned to business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement EUC architecture roadmap (cloud-first, hybrid, VDI, mobility)
• Design and deploy solutions across:
• Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, Windows 365
• Lead large-scale transformation programs (legacy → modern workplace)
• Own endpoint lifecycle management , device provisioning, and OS upgrades (Windows 10/11)
• Implement endpoint security & Zero Trust controls (Defender, Conditional Access)
• Drive automation and AI adoption (PowerShell, Copilot, DevOps)
• Act as technical SME & escalation point for P1/P2 incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, Security, Infra, Service Desk)
• Lead change & release management including CAB governance
• Evaluate and introduce new EUC technologies and solutions
