Job Description As a DOB Licensed Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn, you will be responsible for: Serving as the licensed Site Superintendent on assigned projects Managing all day-to-day field operations from start to completion Ensuring compliance with NYC DOB regulations and site safety requirements Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and consultants Maintaining project schedules and driving milestone completion Conducting daily safety meetings and site inspections Overseeing quality control and workmanship standards Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents Managing site logistics, deliveries, and material coordination Identifying and resolving field issues proactively Collaborating with Project Managers and ownership teams Maintaining daily reports, permit records, and compliance documentation Supporting punch-list completion and project closeout MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
