Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience in graphic design, AI-assisted design, video editing, and motion graphics. The role involves creating visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, videos, reels, animations, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create designs for LinkedIn, social media, websites, email campaigns, webinars, and events
• Design presentations, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, case studies, banners, and other marketing collateral
• Develop creative concepts and maintain brand consistency
• Create assets for digital and print

AI Design & Creative

• Use AI tools to create and enhance visual concepts, images, illustrations, and campaign assets
• Experiment with generative AI tools and workflows
• Create visual storytelling for technology, AI, and data-related content

Video & Motion

• Create short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and event or webinar content
• Edit footage and repurpose long-form content for social media
• Create basic motion graphics, animations, transitions, text animations, and kinetic typography
• Add music, voiceovers, subtitles, and other visual elements

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with Figma and/or Canva
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Knowledge of social media design and video formats
• Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, Canva AI, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Good to Have

• Motion graphics and animation experience
• Experience creating AI-generated visuals or videos
• Video storytelling and scripting skills
• Experience in B2B, technology, AI, Data, Analytics, or SaaS
• Understanding of LinkedIn content formats and social media trends
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles

Portfolio is required. Please include examples of:
