Our work spans brand identities, packaging, stationery, social media, gifting experiences and wedding invitations, with an emphasis on beautiful visual storytelling and strong design execution.

About The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and work across a wide range of creative projects.

This is a design-first role for someone with a strong understanding of visual identity, typography, composition, colour and print. You should be conceptually strong, detail-oriented and confident taking a project from initial idea through to final artwork and production.

What You'll be Doing

• Branding & Identity: Develop logos, visual identities, brand assets, stationery, packaging and other brand collateral across print and digital.
• Social Media & Digital: Design posts, carousels, stories and other digital content, while developing creative concepts and maintaining brand consistency.
• Weddings & Events: Design invitations, stationery, save-the-dates, menus, signage, monograms, event branding and digital e-invites.
• Gifting & Packaging: Create concepts and designs for birthday, wedding and corporate gifting, including boxes, tags, cards, sleeves, labels and other personalised elements.
• Prepare print-ready artwork , understand production requirements and work with printers and vendors when required.
• Work across multiple projects and adapt to different clients, visual styles and requirements.

Required Skills

Must Have

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Canva
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy
• Strong digital and print design skills
• Ability to conceptualise and execute projects independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Understanding of print specifications, production and preparing final artwork

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro
• Experience with wedding stationery, invitations or event design
• Experience with packaging and print production

The Kind of Designer We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is design-led, curious, detail-oriented and visually strong .

You should have a strong eye for typography, layouts, colour, proportions and detail , and enjoy both conceptualising and executing ideas.

Since Paper Town works extensively in print, an appreciation for paper, materials, finishes and physical production is a big plus.

The ability to switch between different visual styles, clients and types of projects is important.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design is preferred.

Freshers with a strong portfolio and excellent command of the required software will also be considered.

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is mandatory . Please share work demonstrating:

• Branding / identity
• Social media
• Packaging
• Print and stationery
• Wedding or event design, if available
• Typography, layout and illustration

Please note: We are specifically looking for someone proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Canva , with strong conceptual and visual design skills.
