Role Description The Sr. Media Buyer is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role involves conducting market and audience research, developing media strategies aligned with client objectives, and negotiating with media vendors to secure optimal placements and rates. The Sr. Media Buyer will monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data, and make adjustments to improve ROI, reach, and engagement. The role also includes collaborating with account managers, creatives, and performance marketing teams to ensure campaigns are integrated, on-brand, and delivered on time and within budget, while communicating results and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong media planning and media buying skills, with hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in media strategy and analytical skills to design data-driven plans and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, programmatic tools) and familiarity with traditional media channels.
• Ability to interpret campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and make strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Prior experience in a media agency or performance marketing environment, ideally in a senior buying or planning role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
