About C3 Partners

C3 Partners is a CMS-qualified MIPS registry. Our platforms, MACRA Monitor and Lumina, show physician practices exactly where their MIPS score and their Medicare reimbursement stand. Then we help them improve both through measure selection, quality coding, financial modeling, and direct submission to CMS.

Why now

MIPS can move a practice’s Medicare Part B payments by up to 4% (in 2026), while avoiding negative adjustments as large as 9%. Many practices are reporting on their own for the first time, including the clinics that left ACOs this year. Most need expert help, and they’d rather hear about it from someone they already know.

The role

You introduce C3 to practices in your network and stay the trusted relationship owner. We deliver the service and support your clients well, which reflects well on you. You earn recurring compensation on the contracts you originate.

You might be a fit if you are

• A current or former practice administrator, physician-group executive, or healthcare consultant
• A billing or revenue cycle leader with long-standing practice relationships
• Someone who has worked closely with independent practices, specialty groups, or ACOs
• Known by decision-makers who will take your call and value your recommendation

What you’ll do

• Make warm, personal introductions to practice owners, administrators, and physician leaders
• Help us understand each practice’s situation so we can tailor the relationship
• (Optionally) Stay involved as the relationship owner while C3 handles the work for additional reimbursement

What C3 handles

• MIPS strategy, measure selection, and quality coding
• Score and reimbursement simulations that show the dollar impact of improvement
• Data submission to CMS, directly or through a practice’s QCDR
• Ongoing support, including recorded optimization reviews for each client

You don’t need to be a MIPS expert. We bring the expertise, and you bring the trust.

Compensation

Generous percentage of first-year contract value plus declining blance on renewals.) This is an independent contract role that fits alongside your existing work.
