What Your Day Looks Like You will join a team who loves what they do and is excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve. Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week that keep the work varied and engaging and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2+ COTAs and a 70% productivity expectation. - $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
- Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- NBCOT certification in good standing
- Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain
- 2-5 years of experience
