Job Description
Our client, a finance firm based in NYC, is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support their growing hiring needs. This is a contract role requiring 3 days per week in the office in NYC.

Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing through offer stage.Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across multiple platforms and recruiting channels.Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and gather feedback throughout the hiring process.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.Provide a positive candidate experience while ensuring an efficient and organized recruitment process.
Qualifications:Proven experience recruiting for technical roles, including engineering, IT, or related positions.Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.Experience supporting hiring within financial services is a plus.Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment. xzbcwsv Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with hiring managers and internal teams.
