Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our UAE-based back-office team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical accounting experience and knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Requirements

CA Inter or ACCA qualified. Minimum 2 years of experience in a CA, accounting, audit, or UAE-based firm. Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax. Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Experience handling multiple client accounts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts and accounting records. Handle daily accounting transactions and reconciliations. Assist with VAT and Corporate Tax compliance. Prepare financial statements, schedules, and audit documents. Coordinate with clients, auditors, and tax consultants. Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. Support the team with accounting and financial reporting requirements.
