We are seeking an experienced and proactive Visa & Immigration Manager to lead our visa processing and immigration operations. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of consultants, manage complex visa and immigration cases, ensure compliance with international regulations, and deliver exceptional client service.

• Lead and manage the Visa & Immigration team and daily operations.
• Oversee tourist, business, work permit, and immigration applications.
• Provide expert visa counselling and guidance to clients.
• Review documentation, covering letters, and application submissions.
• Ensure compliance with the latest immigration policies and embassy requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, embassies, consulates, and visa centers.
• Handle complex and escalated cases while ensuring high approval success rates.
• Collaborate with travel, sales, and operations teams to support business objectives.
• Monitor team performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

• 7-10 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel consultancy.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing teams within the visa or travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of global visa procedures, documentation, and immigration regulations.
• Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
