Graphic Design Intern

About the Role:

From Day 1, you'll work on live marketing campaigns across three brands- not dummy assignments. You'll collaborate with experienced designers on branding, performance marketing, websites, presentations, social media, and event creatives while building a portfolio of real-world work. Along the way, you'll receive mentorship and gain hands-on experience with modern AI-powered design tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic, and ChatGPT.

What You'll Do:

● Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email (MoEngage).

● Create static posts, carousels, stories, and adapt campaign visuals across multiple formats.

● Design branded templates, presentations, and marketing collateral for all three brands.

● Support Meta and Google Ads creative production.

● Assist with event branding, print collateral, and campaign production.

● Explore and implement AI-assisted design workflows to improve creativity and efficiency.

What are we looking for?

● Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign is a bonus).

● Good understanding of typography, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

● Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● Agency experience is a plus, but not required.
