Job Description The Project Manager will report to Senior Operations Leadership and be responsible for the successful execution of K-12 construction projects. This Project Manager will oversee all phases of project delivery while ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations are met. Lead K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through final completion Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls Manage client, architect, consultant, and subcontractor relationships Coordinate project teams to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence Review contracts, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful outcomes Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project engineers and support staff MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant For the Project Manager - K-12 Construction we are seeking: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred Proven experience managing ground-up K-12 construction projects Experience working for a general contractor on large commercial or institutional projects Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships Knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget What's on Offer Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Annual performance bonus opportunity Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement savings program Paid time off and company holidays Long-term career advancement with a growing construction leader Opportunity to work on impactful K-12 projects that directly support local communities Collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong leadership support Interested?
