Residential Youth Care Worker

Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential school for pre-K through 12th grade, is seeking a compassionate Youth Care Worker to support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth. In this role, you’ll help maintain a safe, nurturing environment, supervise daily routines, and model positive behavior. You will collaborate with teachers, houseparents, and support staff to reinforce life skills, encourage personal responsibility, and celebrate student achievements.
