Position Description A hands-on internship within the Customer Engineering team, providing exposure to SaaS product support, real-world customer issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product teams. The intern will support troubleshooting activities, analyze technical issues, and assist in resolving customer queries under senior engineer guidance — building a strong foundation in SaaS solution engineering and application support.
