We're Hiring – Visual Communication Designer We're looking for a passionate Visual Communication Designer who excels in Graphic Design and possesses strong Video Editing skills to create engaging content that inspires our audience. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design (Primary Responsibility) * Design high-quality creatives for social media, advertisements, campaigns, emailers, presentations, brochures, standees, banners, certificates, merchandise, and print materials. * Create compelling visual identities while maintaining brand consistency. * Develop marketing creatives for lead generation, webinars, workshops, and promotional campaigns. * Design landing page assets, website graphics, thumbnails, and digital marketing creatives. * Work closely with the marketing team to convert ideas into impactful visuals. * Prepare print-ready files with proper bleed, color profiles, and production specifications. Video Editing (Secondary Responsibility) * Edit engaging Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, advertisements, testimonials, podcasts, interviews, and educational content. * Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, text animations, music, and sound effects. * Repurpose long-form content into short-form social media videos. * Optimize videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Required Skills Graphic Design * Adobe Photoshop (Preferred) * Adobe Illustrator * Adobe InDesign * Strong understanding of: * Typography * Color Theory * Layout & Composition * Branding * Print Design * Visual Hierarchy Video Editing * Adobe Premiere Pro * Adobe After Effects * Motion Graphics * Basic Animation * Sound Design * Color Correction * Subtitle Creation Creative & Technical Abilities * Strong visual storytelling skills. * Excellent understanding of branding and marketing communication. * Ability to create designs optimized for both digital and print media. * Knowledge of aspect ratios, resolutions, export settings, codecs, and delivery formats. * Ability to integrate stock assets, illustrations, icons, graphics, and animations seamlessly. * Strong understanding of current social media trends and content styles. * Ability to conceptualize campaigns from idea to execution. Professional Skills * Excellent time management and project organization. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Comfortable working in a collaborative environment. * Open to feedback and quick iterations. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Bonus Skills * Photography or Videography knowledge. * Basic UI/UX Design. * Illustration or Digital Art. * Experience with AI-powered creative tools. * Knowledge of Canva, Figma, Blender, or other creative software. * Experience working in wellness, education, lifestyle, or healthcare brands. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. * 2–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design. * Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing creatives, social media designs, print work, and video editing projects.
