To design and deliver engaging learning experiences, the full-time remote Learning Technology and E-Learning Specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts to create impactful learning solutions, manage LMS functionality, and evaluate learning effectiveness. Key responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective learning solutions Design and develop engaging learning content, including e-learning courses and blended learning experiences Manage multiple learning projects from planning through implementation while fostering collaboration across the organization Required qualifications 4+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or Storyline Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
