Night shift coverage -- 11 pm - 7 am, 8-hour shifts
15 - 20 shifts per month
Fewer than 2 patients per hour on average
Hospital setting -- emergency medicine coverage
APP support available -- 5 APPs, mix of NPs and PAs
APP extenders and scribes on staff
190 visits per day -- high-volume emergency department
ABEM board certification and residency training required
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
