Client Servicing Manager

We’re looking for a Client Servicing Manager to own client relationships and drive projects from brief to execution and closure.

• Manage client relationships and act as the key SPOC.

• Translate client briefs into clear internal action points.

• Lead projects across planning, creative, production & execution.

• Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and client expectations.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless execution.

• Handle on-ground client servicing during events.

• Drive post-event closure, reviews, and account documentation.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client accounts.

• 4–7 years of experience in Events / Experiential / Advertising / Client Servicing
• Excellent communication & client management skills
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset
