Job Role Generate and qualify leads through varies platforms like job boards LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research. Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT / Non -IT solutions and services. Identify potential clients and business opportunities in target markets. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client hiring needs and present appropriate recruitment solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue. Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client satisfaction. Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities. Work on reactivations the client and generating highest revenue.
Candidate Specification Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong proposal writing and client relationship management skills. Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition Self-motivated and target-driven.
