Clinical Staff Pharmacist

Carle Health seeks a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to provide safe, effective medication therapy within our Methodist Pharmacy. You will verify and dispense medications, perform clinical medication review, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize patient outcomes. Key duties include order verification, pharmacokinetic dosing, sterile and non-sterile product checking, patient counseling, and medication reconciliation. You will support formulary management, ensure regulatory compliance, precept or mentor staff, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives in a patient-focused, team-based environment.
