· Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)

· Oracle Internet Directory (OID)

· Oracle Identity Governance

· Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) (Good to Have)

Upgrade Experience

· Upgrade planning

· Upgrade execution

· Rollback strategy

· Production cutover

· Post-upgrade stabilization
