About the Role:

We are looking for an Excel VBA Developer with 3–6 years of overall IT experience, including

at least 2 years of hands-on experience exclusively in VBA and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Excel/VBA solutions: user forms, class modules, custom functions (UDFs), and automated workflows. Refactor and stabilize legacy workbooks (break circular references, reduce volatility, optimize calc). Integrate with data sources (CSV/Excel/Share Point/ODBC/Power Query; basic SQL for reads/joins). Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype quickly, and iterate. Ensure version control, change tracking, and protection of sensitive data.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Excel VBA and Macro programming. Experience with MS Access VBA development. Proficiency in SQL and Database concepts. Knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Dashboards. Experience in Office Automation (Excel, Outlook, Word). Understanding of OOP concepts in VBA.

Nice to have: DAX, T-SQL

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
