We're Hiring | Educator Coach (School Education)

Base Location: Hyderabad

Work Location: Srikakulam (Regular Travel Required)

Maple Valley is looking for an experienced Educator Coach to mentor teachers, strengthen classroom practices, and support professional development across our schools.

We're looking for someone with:

• Master's degree in Education or a relevant field
• 5+ years of teaching experience in K–12 schools
• Experience in teacher training, instructional coaching, or academic leadership
• Prior experience as an Academic Coordinator, Head of Department, Vice Principal, Principal, or similar leadership role is preferred
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, curriculum, assessment, and classroom observation
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills

Please Note:

This role is based out of Hyderabad, but the work is carried out in Srikakulam.

The selected candidate should be willing to travel to Srikakulam regularly and stay there for a few days during each coaching and training assignment.
