About Shipway

Shipway is a tech-first logistics platform powering the shipping journey for modern e-commerce businesses.

We’re building a high-scale core product that solves complex logistics problems — and we’re looking for a UX Product Designer who can turn complexity into simple, intuitive, and delightful experiences.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end UX for key areas of Shipway’s core product.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams to understand problems and define solutions.
• Translate complex logistics workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences .
• Drive the entire design process — research → user flows → wireframes → prototypes → UI → final handoff .
• Design experiences for dashboards, workflows, integrations, onboarding, operations, and data-heavy screens .
• Use data, user feedback, and product insights to continuously improve the experience.
• Create prototypes and run experiments to validate ideas before they go live .
• Contribute to and evolve Shipway’s design system and UX patterns .
• Partner with Engineering to ensure the final product matches the design intent.
• Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, prototyping, content generation, and design exploration.
• Keep an eye on emerging UX, SaaS, AI, and product design trends .

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Design / UX Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real-world product problems and your design thinking .
• Strong command of Figma and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of UX research, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, usability, and visual design .
• Experience designing SaaS, B2B, e-commerce, logistics, fintech, or other complex products is a big plus.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows without compromising functionality.
• Strong understanding of data-heavy interfaces and dashboard experiences .
• Comfortable working closely with PMs and Engineers in a fast-paced product environment.
• Strong communication skills — you can explain why a design works, not just what it looks like.
• Curious about AI and emerging design tools , and excited to experiment with them.

Bonus Points

• Experience with B2B SaaS / enterprise products .
• Experience building or contributing to design systems .
• Experience with usability testing and product experimentation.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or frontend constraints .
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping .
