Compri Consulting is seeking a Product Marketing Manager - System Power for a direct hire, onsite position in Allen, TX or Scottsdale, AZ

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive product strategy, portfolio growth, and new product development within the power management semiconductor space.

This role will define product strategy, develop market requirements and business plan, and manage the entire product lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Applications Engineering, Design Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of analog and power management semiconductors.
• Experience with Low Dropout Regulators (LDOs), DC-DC converters, and Power Management ICs (PMICs).
• Experience developing product roadmaps, market requirements, business cases, and go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, sales, and cross-functional teams to drive new product introductions and customer design wins.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Experience working with global teams and managing product performance, pricing, and profitability.
