Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition. This is a pure hunting role where you'll be responsible for building a sales pipeline from scratch through cold calling, networking, Linked In outreach, referrals, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, Linked In, email campaigns, and referrals.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from scratch.
Connect with Founders, CEOs, CHROs, HR Heads, and other key decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and present suitable HR solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve business development and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong cold calling and lead generation abilities.
Confident in engaging with senior business leaders.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Experience in B2 B business development, corporate sales, HR services, payroll, compliance, consulting, staffing, training, or related service industries is preferred.
Experience working with startups and SMEs is an added advantage.
Work Schedule:
Location: BTM Layout or Basavanagudi, Bangalore
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work from Office)
Alternate Saturdays: Work from Home | 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
