Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a US Accounting and Accounts Payable Processor/Senior. The primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting operations with a focus on accounts payable processing and account reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial operations and accounting principles
• Strong AP and Vendor Reconciliation knowledge
• Bill.com experience will be preferred
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and manage data effectively
• Experience in Invoice Processing and Account Reconciliation
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools like QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
• Previous experience in an accounting or accounts payable role is highly preferred
• Bachelor's/Master's/CA/CS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
