Transportation Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise, schedule, and coordinate drivers and transportation staff to meet daily operational demands Plan and optimize routes, delivery schedules, and vehicle assignments for maximum efficiency Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime Conduct driver training, safety briefings, and performance evaluations Track fuel usage, mileage, and operating costs to identify cost-saving opportunities Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or violations, implementing corrective actions as needed Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, driver logs, and compliance documentation Ensure all vehicles are properly licensed, inspected, and equipped with required safety equipment QUALIFICATION Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Eng
