About Position:

We are seeking for a global Digital Trust practice across Data Privacy, Responsible AI (RAI), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Data Governance. We are seeking an Associate Consultant Digital Trust with experience in implementing and supporting Digital Trust platforms and privacy technologies. The ideal candidate will work on platform implementation, automation, deployment, REST API integrations, and CI/CD enablement for leading privacy and compliance platforms such as Securiti.ai, OneTrust, TrustArc, and BigID. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of technology, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI while collaborating with global clients and multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do:

• Implement, configure, and support Digital Trust platforms such as Securiti.ai, OneTrust, TrustArc, and BigID.
• Develop and maintain automation capabilities for privacy, governance, and compliance workflows.
• Integrate Digital Trust platforms with enterprise applications using REST APIs.
• Support deployment, configuration management, and environment setup activities across development and production environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline platform deployment and updates.
• Participate in data discovery, classification, and data mapping initiatives.
• Support Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) management and compliance monitoring activities.
• Assist in Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), Privacy Impact Assessments, and governance assessments.
• Configure consent management, DSAR workflows, privacy assessments, and compliance reporting solutions.
• Work with structured and unstructured data sources to identify privacy and compliance risks.
• Support AI governance and Responsible AI initiatives by implementing relevant controls and monitoring mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, Risk, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical implementations and governance controls.
• Participate in client workshops, compliance reviews, audits, and training sessions.
• Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot integration or deployment-related issues.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 2-4 years of experience in Digital Trust, Data Privacy, Governance, Risk & Compliance, or related domains.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Digital Trust platform such as Securiti.ai, OneTrust, TrustArc, or BigID.
• Strong experience in automation, deployment processes, and platform implementation.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts, tools, and deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of data privacy and protection principles.
• Experience with data discovery, classification, and data mapping initiatives.
• Knowledge of consent management and Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) processes.
• Understanding of Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and privacy operations.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA, and related compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) programs and controls.
• Understanding of AI Governance and Responsible AI concepts.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical and operational controls.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and client-facing teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
