We specialize in automation, energy-efficient modifications, and complete AC design, layout, and installation. With 20–40% energy savings through innovative mechanisms, SANYOU also deals in the sales and purchase of new and pre-owned textile machinery. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Director Marketing & Sales to lead our business growth and expand our market presence in the textile sector. Position: Director Marketing & Sales

Qualification Requirements

• BS Textile
• MBA in Marketing
• Minimum 02-05 years of relevant experience in textile machinery, HVAC, industrial solutions, or related sectors
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, B2B sales, and client relationship management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead national and international marketing & sales strategies
• Develop and manage key accounts within the textile industry
• Promote AC systems, humidification automation, and textile machinery solutions
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions
• Oversee proposal development, tenders, and high-value negotiations
• Lead and train the sales & marketing team to achieve growth targets
• Report directly to senior management and contribute to strategic planning
