Wesley Healthcare at Home in Wichita, KS is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in‑home rehabilitation services. Working under the direction of a licensed PT, you will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility to help patients recover and maintain independence. This role includes documenting visit notes, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary home health team while upholding patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
