Responsibilities

• Developuserpersonas,userstories,interactionflows,andsitemaps/navigationsfortheproductinhand
  
• Workwithdesignersandengineerstodevelopawireframe/prototypethatisclearandactionable
  
• Decideonasetofproductfeaturesandwritespecifications/PRDsforaproductwithgreatdetailtodocumentfunctionalandaestheticaspectsofwhatneedstobebuilt.
  
• Createwireframesoftheintendeduserexperiencetoguidetechteamstocomprehenduserexperience
  
• Abilitytoanalyzeclickflowsandgenerateinsightsonuserbehaviorpatternsfromdata.
  
• Collaboratecloselywithdevelopers,designers,andqualityassuranceonbuildingthe\"right product\"byexplainingspecifications,guidinguserexperience,reviewingdeliverables,andconveyinganexcitingvision.
  
• WorkcloselywithEngineeringtoensuresolutionsareultimatelydeliveredinatimelymanner.
  
• Createmeaningfulexperimentstotestouthypotheses,executethem,andsharefindingsalongwithrecommendedactions
  
• SupportingCustomerSupport,SalesEnablement,andProductMarketinginthedevelopmentoffeaturedescriptionsandnewreleasecontent
  
• Suggestproductenhancementstoimproveuserexperience
  
• Performingvalidationtestingofproductionreleases,bugfixes,andfeaturerequests.
  

Requirements

• 3to5yearsofexperienceinproductmanagementisrequired.
  
• Abilitytogainadeepunderstandingofcustomerexperience,identifyandfillproductgaps,andgeneratenewideasthatgrowmarketshare,
  improvecustomerexperience,anddrivegrowth
  
• Knowledgeofdatabasesandagoodunderstandingofsoftwaredevelopment
  
• Comfortableworkinginatechnicalenvironment&canhandletechnicalconversationswithsoftwareengineersaswellasunderstandthe
  experiencefromauser'sperspective
  
• Comfortwithcreatinguserstories(orapplyingtheJTBDframework)andmanagingabacklogwithtoolslikeSlack,Jira,andAsana.
  
• KnowledgeofAgileprojectmanagementmethodologieslikeSCRUMorKanban
  
• PLUS:wireframingandprototypingexperienceusingamainstreamtoollikeFigma,Sketch,orotherequivalents
  
• Strongproblem-solvingskillsandtheabilitytoempathizewithconsumers
  
• ExcellentverbalcommunicationskillsinEnglishwithanabilitytomotivateteamsandactasaproductevangelist
  
• Skilledatworkingeffectivelywithcross-functionalteams
